21. Now thats three seasons on the new sim. What are your thoughts? Do you think that it is better than DDSPF16?

I am not overly familiar with the sim to be completely honest however there are things I have noticed as a viewer of sims that my created player, Tugg Speedman, is in. The first of which, is the removal of stats being constantly shown throughout the game. It's quite the bummer that we can't just see what the offensive and defensive stats for all players are at the bottom left and right of the screen. It would be nice if it was maybe an option to have selected for what the preference is. People care about their stats, show them! Another one I have noticed, is the animations seem t be a little more out of whack. The old sim may have done this from time to time but I feel like every single sim I see a weird animation. Heck, there's a GIF that shows up now when you type in "Tugg Speedman" and it shows me catching the ball at the 1 then running to the 15 or 20 yard line then scoring a touchdown. I guess one positive I can take out of the switch is a newer index? I think that has an effect on the index at least. Maybe some cleaner looking menus and the such.

22. You’re in charge of entertainment for the Ultimus or Ultimini half-time show. What would you do?

So literally this is a such a fun question as I just found out about a band that I think would blow the roof off of an Ultimus or even an Ultimini half-time show. The band name is Turnstile and their new album Glow On is a fantastic record front to back. I think a condensed set of this new phenomenal record would be an absolute blast to get fans pumped up for a back and forth between both teams or maybe something to wake everyone up before a big comeback win! In addition, I like the idea of getting rid of the conventional halftime-show. It would also be fun to have a band play during normal commercial breaks or even have an opener and headliner for a halftime show. Who wouldn't want to see someone like Blink 182 perform classics like First Date, Dammit, or I Miss You while Turnstile opened up for them or something along those lines. I think it would also be nice for a change of pace and to try out a rock act since pop and hip hop has essentially taken over the halftime show realm. So lets bring back some good ole rock and roll or as some have coined the new Turnstile record, Dream Punk!

29. Awards have been a subject of controversy for a while in the league. Tell us your ideas on how awards process can be fixed.

I think I have been somewhat vocal in the past about the voting process for awards. It is not perfect in any league although I think some have it worse than others, which unfortunately I would name the International Simulation Football League as probably the worst at least among the two I take part in. As a GM in the Pro Baseball Experience and as a prior awards committee member who have voted for finalists, I have seen first hand the cliquey and completely irresponsible voting for your own players despite not being deserved and actually snubbing other members. It completely ruins people's views of leagues especially if you are a long-time member or even someone like me who was still early in their ISFL life. I think the best way to avoid GM's from abusing their power is to create a committee or to have *JUST* Head Office vote based on the awards committee's decided finalists. The arguments brought up in the awards committee are always engaging and sometimes when you have the appropriate breakdown of stats and usage it really helps things. I know some may not like this option of giving Head Office more power or more of a voice but I think it may be the most unbiased you could get in regards to voting.
