As things stand right now, there are a few teams who didn't make the playoffs in my sims. It's a relatively small sample size, so their *actual* playoff appearance rate if you did an infinite number of sims is probably above zero. But since I don't have the patience to do an infinite number of sims, you're stuck with my arbitrarily small sample size that says...there's no chance.
