This player has been Audited to this point!
The following errors have been found:

The build Evok outlined in the 8/31 post is actually correct and should be used. By returning the Steel Toe Boots trait, the kick power cap must go back to 90 and therefore 75 TPE was not accounted for in paying back the regression build:

Pre-Regression TPE: 894, 19 Banked

TPE Lost due to regression: 254

TPE after regression: 595, 5 Banked

To pay the 254 regression deficit:

-14 TPE Bank, 19 > 5

-150 TPE Steel Toes Trait

-75 TPE Kick Power, 95 > 90 (90 is the cap without the Steel Toe trait so this has to be returned)

-75 TPE Kick Accuracy, 99 > 96 

+60 Intelligence, 84 > 90
