This video would show the typical day in the life of Doug Quaid. The alarm clock blares at 5am. Quaid sits up in his bed and chugs a bottle of water. He puts on his running shoes and heads out the door for a few miles. When back at the house he is warmed up and awake thanks to the run. He heads to the exercise room to hit some weights. Today was leg day. Squats, deadlifts, leg press, and hamstring curls have all the makings of a painful day. After two hours it is time to fuel up and take a break. Breakfast consists of eggs and sausage, where he eats about a half pound of each. Next up is a drive to the Wraiths practice facility. There he meets up with the rest of the defense to review film and discuss strategy for the upcoming opponent. The film and strategy session take about two hours and then they head to the field for practice with the rest of the team. After practice is the next gym session of the day. After the gym it is dinner time where Quaid eats like a grizzly bear. At around 10pm Quaid gets a full body stretch in and then heads to bed. (211 words)
