The most improved player in S2 is none other than Orange County Otters George Wright Jr. A player who always gives his very best and is a strong locker room player he will only get better and will likely end up on this list again. Let’s take a look at his stats for this year and last year.
Season 1
Receptions - 51
Yards - 336
Average - 6.6
Long - 17
Touchdowns – 0
Sacks Allowed - 1
Pancakes - 29
Season 2
Receptions - 79
Yards - 504
Average - 6.4
Long - 25
Touchdowns - 3
Sacks Allowed - 2
Pancakes – 30
As a receiver he showed improvement across the board. Last year he was held without a TD and now he has 3. The drop in his average is negligible especially when considering he has 28 more catches. As a blocker he is just about the same with 1 more sack allowed and 1 more pancake. However when you take all of this into account bear in mind that there are still 2 games left for the Otters and George. Not only is he the best TE in the league but he is constantly improving and improving on a whole new level. Congratulations George and keep up the great work!!
