Mat Akselsen (I got it right!) otherwise known as @Bzerkap has had a huge improvement this year. Last year, the 6 foot 5, 320 pound beast out of LSU was decent. He wasn't the best, but he was a force up front. He racked up 49 pancakes and allowed 6 sacks in 15 games. This season is completely different. So far, Akselsen has been an utter force on the line. In twelve games, he's put up 62 pancakes and has allowed only 2 sacks. The difference is tremendous. The Wraiths are doing better than ever with Akselsen's improvement. Chris Orosz is comfortable in the pocket thanks to Akselsen and his blocking peers, and the Wraiths are winning more. This year, Akselsen is averaging 5.17 pancakes a game, and is allowing 0.17 sacks per game. Last year, he put up a measly 3.27 pancakes per game and 0.53 sacks per game. Those second numbers pale in comparison to his S2 averages. Some might say, well, Akselsen was already good, but now he's just getting a bit better. Why is he the most improved? If you think this is a small improvement then you don't know football. Come on. The improvement is insane.
