A few short seasons ago the Norfolk Seawolves were bottom feeders in the DSFL, things were looking rough, fans were getting restless and players were getting frustrated. Last season the Seawolves finally made the playoffs and surprised a lot of people by doing so, now as they sit at 4-0 yes you read that right 4-0 we might as well call it a season and give Norfolk the trophy.
Norfolk is led by its number one defense which has only given up an average of 18 points per game (second in the DSFL) is only allowing 58 rushing yards per game (first in the DSFL) however they do give up an average of 268 yards through the air which is almost bottom of the barrel in the DSFL.
The Norfolk offense is also firing on all cylinders averaging 43 points per game (first in the DSFL) 143 rushing yards per game (third in the DSFL) and 276 passing yards per game which is good for second in the DSFL. With all phases of their game operating at such a high level Norfolk is absolutely the favorite to win the Ultimini.
