The referees or umpires, or line judges, and any other name there is to refer to the individuals officiating every game have really hard jobs to do. They need to keep their eyes on the players, the ball, and everything else that encompasses a call they would make in a game. All eyes are on them while this is happening and you better believe that if they make a bad call, not only will they be ridiculed but the whole entire country will know about it, and they will have a public circus on their hands. While watching games in the ISFL/DSFL there are many calls made on the field. I like to just think they make the right calls because its easier than saying oh man what might have been had they not blown that call. I remember one time Dustin Parmelee a QB mind you, got called for an unnecessary roughness call. Yeah, a QB can you believe it? That cost us 15 yards and ended out drive, and ultimately led to us losing the game. I don’t like to dwell on it though because a lot of things have to go one way or the other to ensure a victory.
