(S32) PT 5 - Bad Call

SO MANY PENALTIES! We, the line, have not moved! I swear, sometimes if we blink too many times the refs are ready with the whistle.  I know that every once in a while, during a game especially, we are too ambitious, and we make a jump too early.  However, all it takes is for it to happen one time, and it seems like the refs are down our throats, trying to penalize us for breathing too deep or for a cough. 

We practice and play hard.  We are a stable and ready OL, but we are not deserving of these constant calls. We have been running laps, doing drills, and holding steady in practice.  One time we even stood on the line for an ENTIRE practice, just to prove to ourselves and to our coach that it’s not us, it’s the dang refs and the ref’s anticipation that is getting us penalized.
