The most improved player in the NSFL has been Kendrick Hendrix, WR for the Colorado Yeti.
Last year he had a great season as the steady eddie of the Colorado offense. He caught 69 balls for 868 yards and 4 touchdowns. He averaged 12.6 yards per catch as a chain mover of the Yeti's run focused attack. He helped them get downfield and let the running backs pound the rock in.
This year the dynamic has changed. They lost their WR3 in Jonathan Shaloiko and second string RB, Luke Tiernan, focused his efforts on the LB position. As such, the Yeti switched to a more air focused attack. This, along with the improvements Hendrix placed on his agility and downfield speed, has generated a career year for the wideout. He caught 72 passes for 1198 yards, and 9 touchdowns. His average increased from to 16.6, a full 4 yards more per catch. Clearly the offseason helped Hendrix round into form as a more explosive receiver downfield. It also allowed him to be a difference maker instead of just a chain mover, generating 30 more points for the Yeti over the season.
For the reasons above, Kendrick Hendrix is clearly the most improved from S1 to S2.
