Last season, the average user predicted about 75% of the draft picks over this. That's boring. I want to not know where people are going. I want the the draft picks to be exciting and surprising, not just a formality.
If I were to make a ruling on it...I'd say each player may publicly declare AGAINST playing for one team, but that's it. Anything else, they are ineligible and have to wait a year before playing.
Publicly or privately, the result is the same. If a team drafts them and they don't want to play for them. They lose value after 1 year in F.A. and then that preferred team will gain that value... creating imbalance.
