Yeah I think that's the biggest thing. Maybe prospects that are signed as free agents don't get access to the LR?

Going forward though I think you'd expect teams to be signing less prospect free agents as we get more players and rosters get more filled up, no?

Yea I think this is a DSFL-solved issue. I don't think it would be fair to not allow them access to the locker room, it'd be boring to not allow locker room access
