We always do it BEFORE the draft but we can't publish it until AFTER the draft. Too many people create accounts and don't improve from the base 50 tpe. We go by only prospects who are drafted material get invited to the combine. Similar to in real life how not every single prospect in the whole of america gets invited to the combine, only the ones with a real chance of being drafted to. If you go back and look at the previous combine and this one you'll see that only players who were drafted competed in the combine, anybody who wasn't drafted didn't get invited or compete.
