The Season 3 Rookie in which I am most excited about is none other than LB Julian O'Sullivan from the Orange County Otters. Going #6 overall, O'Sullivan has some huge shoes to fill. O'Sullivan has been active in the training as she has 130+ TPE which is fantastic. I think this is going to be one of the steals of the draft. Looking at O'Sullivan, she is a strong LB that is agile, a good tackler, and speed that will bring her to the next level. I think that hands and intelligence has some work to do, but this is a balanced. In this lineup, it will definitely be interesting to see how O'Sullivan progresses. O'Sullivan has great size, so there is no doubt that O'Sullivan will be a run-stopper as the Otters will have hoped. I think that she is going to be a really great addition to their defense.
Other rookies in which I am excited to see play is Iyah Blewitt, Brice Boggs, the Sandoval brothers, and Francois Lamoreaux. I think all of these guys will play important roles on their teams and each have a sense of pressure because of where their team took them in the draft. Preseason will be a rocky road for a lot of the rookies, but we will see what happens.
