*Grading the first round draft picks

Do the Otters draft ANYONE without them pulling some shit to lower their stock?  Between Clegane and Sims and now this, they are getting insane value from OBVIOUS ploys to lower draft stock and turn other teams off.  At what point do they start losing draft picks?

I'll give you Clegane.

Sims was a 67 TPE 5th round pick at a position that only 3 teams needed when there were 5 available in the draft. How is he even in this same conversation?

Boom didn't play for the Otters. He had no reason to want to play for us. He sent me the exact same message as everyone else.
