Bercovici played baseball until his Senior year in high school. He suffered a sprained ankle in batting practice and heard that the coach was thinking of putting him on some kind of "disabled list."

Bercovici quit the team and sued the high school for 8.9 million dollars.

Needless to say, he lost.
