I don't know. I tend to think the time limit should be more like a guideline. Once names start coming off the board, your roster starts coming together and maybe a few guys pick real quick you can get caught in a spot having to make a tough decision and 90 seconds is gone in an instant. It's happened to me numerous times.
So while I agree you don't want it to take tons of hours, you def want to let the first 10 rounds at least get the guy they want. That's my op.
