For the Arizona Outlaws the team bonding experience of the offseason was Duck Hunting. Yes, you read that right: duck hunting. Deep in the woods of Montana you can hardly hear a sound, then suddenly a loud QUACK comes, followed by the flapping of a Duck's wings. Suddenly, 8 Arizona Outlaws players jump up and begin shooting at the duck "!Bang" "!Bang" One after another. Who is the best sharpshooter on the team? Well perhaps unsurprisingly it's usually the guy with the best aim on the gridiron, King Bronk. Er is anti-gun so he refuses to participate, but the rest of the team have a blast out there. Mark Strike is always quick to pull the trigger and Arbin Asipi and CA Chess are known for their temper tantrums after missing a duck.
Chess, from Flint, Michigan, clearly was never much of a duck hunter growing up as he has one of the worst accuracy rates on the team. However, one thing that he has mastered is missing three or four of his shots before finally killing the duck. Usually it's his tireless work ethic, rather than natural skill, that allows him to get even a single duck. But all in all, Chess enjoyed the hobby this offseason: it's a great way to bond, slightly competitive, and you can smoke a joint or two in the woods and nobody will even notice.
