What did QB Chris Orosz do to get ready for Season 3?
He recovered, He noticed that ever since week 11 of last season, that his passes weren't having the same zip that they normally did, and that whereas before, he could throw over 40 times and be ok, he was starting to become tired at the 25-30 mark, and it was becoming worse as time went on. the team finished the last 4 weeks of the season 2-2, costing them a home playoff game. In the playoffs, Chris had one of his worst games as a Pro, 12/25 for 113, a TD and INT as the Wraiths fell 14-16. As soon as he got back to Yellowknife, he updated the training staff and they took an MRI, and confirmed that something was indeed off. They sent him to Dr. James Andrews who confirmed that his Rotator cuff on his throwing arm was just this side of torn, with only a shred holding it together. Surgery was planned, performed, and finished within the span of a couple of days. Rehab went swimmingly, with it seeming like he had never had the surgery at all. However it remains to be seen that once the pads come on how the cuff will hold up to the punishment of being a NSFL Quarterback.
