538.coms ELO rating does not get adjusted with free agency or trades. the idea is that throughout the season the ratings adjust itself with wins and losses. What that means is, when looking at the ratings, one can expect the Legion to be worse than their rating and the Liberty better than their rating. But I don't want to adjust them arbitrarily.
