Not really though since no matter what 1 mil = 5 TPE.

in this case, 200 words = 3 TPE, or sometimes 200 words = 2 TPE

No I mean $500k nets 3 TPE but $1m nets 5 TPE.

Or with equip $1m for 4 TPE or $3m for 8 TPE.

Just like weekend vs weekday they aren't meant to be evenly matched. They are meant to have one be slightly less efficient in work vs reward for the tryhards. Casuals need not apply.
