Ok you got the claims mostly correct, except for training. Your first free training is +5 and training only happens once a real life week, not game week. That means 00:00 Sunday PST to 23:59:59 Saturday PST.
So you're last two weeks are invalid since you already bought a training that week. I will let the bankers no not to charge you. I also edited your post to show you what I mean.
You earned a total of 13 TPE this week and you had 3 TPE banked. This gives you 16 TPE to spend. It costs 15 TPE to raise your strength by 3 so I did that for you, which means you have one TPE left over in your bank for next week.
