If you want an OOC explanation, OL is the absolute worst position when it comes to stats. No points, no yards, no sacks, no INTs, no turnovers, no FF, PD, or TFL. Just two stats, pancakes (which are semi-meaningful but not really) and a negative stat, sacks allowed.

Oh yeah I absolutely know why people don't choose it, it is definitely the least glamorous position. But the way I like to look at it is however your teammates do is kind of your stats too, especially for your running back. Plus, some of the best people in this league, such as yourself, are offensive linemen. Just kidding, you're awful, but the majority of them are good people.
