HO/GM Payments

The head office had brought this up a couple times to me but I always shot it down right away. Finally, after working me a little more, @AsylumParty has convinced me to make all head office, general manager, and assistant general manager positions paid.

Starting at the beginning of S4 each of these positions will be paid $5 million/ season.

I think this is a great idea.
