Was he really better in week 14 or did he just get the opportunity to suck?  Only 11 pass attempts is a small sample size to gauge improvement.

I agree. However, if you look at the statistics, he averaged a INT every 10.6285714 attempts and 5.17142857 completions throughout the season. This shows how he has improved over the season, as he ended the season on a streak of 44 attempts without an INT and 25 completions without an INT.
