If I read the rules correctly, if tanner is over $4mil, the dsfl team pays for $4 mil and the nsfl team pays for the rest. I did not look at anything besides this article, but would the ending total drop by $2 mil then, or was the $2 mil not accounted for earlier? I.e. tanners 2 mil should be paid already and only 4 mil extra should be paid after the bring up.

I did not account for this. So if true, then even with not counting Newenglander and Long, they were $2mil over week 1, and then $4mil over after calling Baker/Tanner up.
