Orange County Otters are hiring for Co-GM

Hey all,

My Co-GM has had some real-life stuff crop up which has been hindering his involvement with the team. The biggest free agency in league history is nearly upon us, as is another draft and season. With that, an extra hand seems just what the doctor ordered

The Otters are looking for a Co-GM to join me (and let's be honest, our Consigliere, Timeconsumer) in building the Otters into a great team.

If you're interested in the position, either post/PM me here or discord, answering the following questions:

Do you have any past GM/Co-GM experience?
What interests you about a Co-GM spot?
What does your schedule outside the league look like?
Do you have any experience with the sim and testing?
What makes you a great candidate for the position?
Do you have any questions for me?


We are open to current in-house candidates as well as those outside the organization. Obviously, if you're outside the Otters and you're chosen for the position we'll find a way to acquire you, we're not interested in any shadow-GMs.  :facepalm:

To be extra careful you should talk to other team's GMs first about talking to their players. It's tampering otherwise as I would know. Just because you made this public post doesn't mean it's kosher to talk to players on other teams about joining yours, as far as I know now.

That being said I give you full rights to talk to all my players about your open spot. Only about that though, no FA dirty business ya goon! :angry: :angry:
