Also you run into the quarterback problem. If every team has 1 veteran lineman from S1 or S2 there is no way any new player coming in could find a starting spot for 3 or 4 seasons.

I've been aggressively informed that no one gives a single drizzly shit about this specific problem and more sensibly informed (shout outs to whichever Sandoval that was, I don't remember) that there won't be any changing anyone's mind for a number of seasons most likely. Most of the league are still in the "meh you just come in and replace them" mindset because it's only season 3 and they remember all the bots at one point. Most haven't quite realized what adding 15+ people every season means down the line, and haven't quite caught on to the 900 tpe inactive qb/rb/k/etc that can't be moved that IS coming in like 4-6 months real time.
