He's currently at 97 with a 500k contract.
If he does just the training camp next season, he will out pace the tier: 0 bot and be more cost effective for the GM to re-sign him than for him to sign a bot.
I get what you are saying about him not being able to watch his character play, but couldn't he also drop down in to the DSFL for a stint til get gets higher up in TPE and becomes more start able in the NSFL? Most players with sub 100 TPE are barely start able in the NSFL.
