(MAX: 65) - Speed: 35
(MAX: 50) - Hands: 20
(MAX: 100) - Pass Blocking: 70

So you just plug in the TPE Available that equates to the tier of the bot you purchased. Then you just allocate the point and then they are like that until next year. Imagine it as a 1 season contract and you can choose a different archetype/bot/whatever the following season.
