*Equipment and Position Changes

There is also this is the position change section:

- If a player changes positions they will be allowed to move 50% of their total TPE to new attributes. No attribute may go over the maximum value allowed with the new build, even if it was above it before the position switch.

Yeah I saw that too but thought the other point superceded this. But the lack of mention of what to do with equipment in this section is mainly why I brought this up to understand what is supposed to happen.

I mean should equipment TPE count towards this 50% even?
