Section II, Part B: "TPE gained from equipment may NOT be redistrubited"

I mainly just want to come to a consensus, but it seems to me being able to move equipment TPE even from previous updates kind of goes against the point of equipment being for specific attributes

That's what I thought as well. but the problem with that is, the rule for OL is 100% TPE Redistribution. I talked to 2 HO members and they thought it'd be okay to move the TPE from the equipment.

EDIT: Also, if you did not know, for season 1 there was no Pro Gear, so they wouldn't have had 4 extra TPE from season 1
