There needs to be some updating in the 2nd round:

Wraiths own 9 (however it is vacated due to Tampering penalty)
Legion own 12
Legion own 15
Wraiths own 16

There should be a pick 17 for the Legion (however they traded it to the Sabercats) since the Wraiths cannot use pick 9, 17 will be the 16th player.
