Stop the sharing of money

What if a team is near their salary cap, but offers a guy a min contract, with the incentive that they will also give him a 600-word story payout every week and a four graphic payout every week?  Isn't that circumventing the spirit of the rule?

I mean for all we know we could have five teams literally have people write the PTs for other players so as to maximize their points. There's a million ways to circumvent the rules.

But y'all forget one thing, this is a hobby not a job, if people feel like they have to write 800 words a week to keep up with thier peers it can easily stop becoming fun and more just be writing for the sake of writing.
