I understand that argument but it can work both ways.

Players can accept lower contracts, but still gain lots of TPE without being particularly active if someone on the team will just give them money to buy equipment and pay for training.

I'm still on my rookie contract, and I am mad active, but the people who are stretched thin but want to be active, im helping them.
