In the off-season, a lot of changes occurred across the board, but I think the most polarizing was the leagues best wide out joining the leagues best team. Josh Garden leaving to join the Outlaws was like KD joining the Warriors, or if Julio Jones upped and decided to join the Pats for a ring. This was a move that frankly, should be a lock for a fourth ring for the Outlaws. And so far, this particular move has played out just as expected. Garden is doing what he does best and that's being the best. He's added a dynamic to the Outlaws offense that makes them a threat at any moment. That being said, this move also means the Outlaws give up a lot more be it due to the contract or just the fact that their poised to get their fourth ring. Players who saw themselves enter their first free agent period decided they wanted more of a challenge and left. Carter especially, while being with the organization a year, left the CB1 position in the hands of Harris Jr. who has not had the same impact he did with less responsibility last season. So the fact is, while they gained a great Fred Agent in Garden, they lost in other places and may have created a cycle of too much winning.
