I think it was the one who showed up with the van. You can say it was a joint effort because all of the people talked about it. End the end, it doesn't matter. This is semantics and a stupid argument to be trying to have.

I suppose it might easier to convince yourself that Keygan is this evil guy dead set on the destruction of the league than to believe a half dozen or so people (many of whom weren't active) didn't enjoy the league and wanted to retire. Though others seem to have no trouble coming to terms with that.
