I think the HO nailed this perfectly. What Er did was terrible, but I think he should get a chance at redemption as a player (Not as any position of power).
I would also like to say that this ruling was probably coming with or without Adam being a part of the HO. I don't want people thinking that just because Adam is HO now he forced an Er punishment through or anything ridiculous like that.
Adam brought forth a ton of evidence to HO before I decided to step down or he became a head office member. Also, when we issued the first punishment, the rest of the HO pretty much knew the rabbit hole went way deeper. We just didn't have enough proof at the time.
For example, when we issued the first punishment, Er was like "I'm fine with a harsher punishment". Has any innocent person ever advocated for a worse punishment?
Anyways, that's my 2 cents. Situation sucks but I'm glad that this has finally been figured out so we can start moving forward.
