I don't see how deleting all these users and this huge suspension is a slap on the wrist.

It is just deleting every of his multis and he "himself" gets a one year suspension. That is nothing. It is a slap on the wrist. Deleting all these users shouldn't even be mentioned as part of the punishment, it is just common sense to take away the multis. That isn't a punishment
