We all know what I post on twitter every day. 'Kickers are people too', but what about the kickers who aren't people? Are they capable of doing what a human kicker does to a similar quality? I believe this is not the case and teams should invest more into kickers, especially in the DSFL. In the DSFL, players can stay a maximum of 3 seasons, looking at the TPE tracker, there tends to be 1-2 high earning kickers in each class with S22 being the outlier with 3 maxed kickers. Using this on average there are 6 high earning kickers in the DSFL at any given time. There are currently 3 kickers in the DSFL, and all 3 of them won last night. Human kickers had a total of 10 field goal attempts, and made 9 of them. They also attempted 7 extra points, successfully kicking all of them. Bot kickers combined for 8 attempts, 3 of which were good, and 6 extra point attempts, scoring on 5 of them. In one week of DSFL action, 3 human kickers outscored 5 bot kickers 34 - 14. Bots cannot replicate what human kicker can do. And if you want to see what having a bot kicker does when everyone else has a human kicker, look at Dallas last season.

Written Option: In 200 words or more, present some argument about the league that can be supported with evidence - either with logic, stats, or examples. This could be anything - a player’s HOF case, why Berlin will win the Ultimus this year, why player agent rules need to be changed, or anything in between. Make sure your argument has at least some evidence backing it up, and avoid arguing anything that could venture into persona attacks
I'm gonna write a quick two hundred words on why I think money and cap can be changed to make the league and contracts/free agency more interesting. So, as we know 21.5 million is needed to MAX earn for a season. Usually, 8 weekly trainings and 13.5 million for T6. First, we need to figure the cap out for each team. So, lets say this, there are 22 players total that are needed to have a fully active team, both sides of the ball. Now, no team has this and I don't think we ever will but lets say half of each side of the ball MAX earns that's 11 MAX earners. So that's 11 players needing 21.5million a year to have their contract cover the cost of their training and equipment. So, 236.5 mil would be the cap hit if each MAX earner signed a 21.5 mil dollar yearly deal. So, we tone this down to lets say 215 mil cap per team. NOW, we are adding value to contracts and FA, players will want to MAX earn to earn the contract, teams have to focus on what and who to pay. I wrote more detail in UW tasks about changing media pay scale and jobs and such but this is a PT so i'm pretty much done. But I think there is a way to actually boost contract and FA value by increasing cap and contract size and adjusting media and League Job criteria. ![]()
Throughout this argument, I will argue as to why Suleiman Ramza, quarterback for the Orange County Otters will establish himself as the fourth quarter comeback king of the league. To help illustrate my point, I will refer to the Week Two matchup between the Orange County Otters and the New York Silverbacks. Heading into the fourth quarter, the game was tied at twenty-four a piece, with the Silverbacks kicking a go ahead field goal early in the quarter. After some uninspiring drives from both sides, the Otters received the ball on their own twenty with four minutes and fourteen seconds left. Ramza then proceeded to take the ball up field, with four perfect passes and no incompletions, in a drive that ultimately ended with a twenty-four yard pass to Tatsu Nakamura for the game winning touchdown, and giving the Silverbacks less than a minute to try and come back. From this one game range, this point task argues that Ramza has shown an incredible tenacity as a rookie and was able to maintain control of a game when it looked most like it would slip away from the Otters. And so, going forward, I believe that Ramza will show himself to be a great comeback quarterback, and help the Otters pull out some crucial game winning drives.

Ladies and gentlemen I am writing a very short article here on why my brother Buster "Boulder" Bawls is going to ge the first full back to enter the Internatonal Simulation Football League Hall of Fame.
Reason 1: There quite simply has not been many if any full backs come into this league in its 25 year history. Reason 2: His stats, these will get better year on year. I can guarantee this as when a player plays with a higher quality of player he improves (he already has a touchdown this season). Expect Buster Bawls to become the most dominant and most dependable full back the league has ever seen. Last season 80 rush yards on 18 att longest 9 yards 88 receiving yards on 14 receptions longest 22 yards 20 pancakes, 1 sack given up This season 56 yards rushing on 18 att longest 9 yards 1TD 1 reception for - 3 yards 2 pancakes, 0 sacks given up Reason 3: Every Hall of Fame needs to be inclusive, it is just an unwritten rule. Once again as far as I am aware Does the ISFL have no love for the linemen/running back hybrids? I do not believe that is the case, they are looking for a marquee name to be the first and Buster is their guy. The ISFL is inclusive and I believe it is inevitable we see our first full back get their gold jacket |
