Should we be concerned as a member base about all these resignations?

We've lost:
- 1 gm
- 2 co-gm's
- 1 head grader
- 1 simmer

is this an issue?

I wouldn't view my resignation as a "concern".
As RD said, I was planning on stepping down soon after the league's launch. I actually wanted to be a GM at first before we decided I would sim just to get things moving.
And if need be, I can continue simming. I just have a very busy real life schedule that simming is making a bit more difficult.
