Are you working solo or building a team? I think DSFL prospects going into the NSFL could use some help boosting their draft stock and not getting railroaded with position switches and min contract offers. If there was a league job I would thoroughly enjoy, this is it.

I'm currently running solo on this. I want to see how it goes before bringing anyone else on board. Time will tell whether or not I expand to a bigger team or not.

Definitely agree on the FA part. I had a really short window to take offers, giving the ability to teams to at least talk to potential FAs a week or so earlier than what we have rn might make people more willing to try FA.

Uhhhhhhhhh... By the agent bylaws you can't talk to any GMs without your player present in the chat. And if your client is still under contract/not yet legally a free agent, talking to a different team's GM about potentially joining their team is tampering. So, no, you can't really do that sadly.
That said I do like the agent aspect and enjoyed being a part of Slm's agency while it was running.
