He had talked to his GMs about HO’s search. It was up to your group to recontact the GMs, as had been laid out in our parting message.

Am I to understand here that HE talked to the GMs and then relayed that he talked to the GMs and the team was now aware that he talked to the GMs and ya'll are punishing Jiggly because.....you want to?

Jiggly was instructed directly that he needed to contact GMs before speaking with players, as always required and as shown in the screenshot from the article. He chose not to. So...
