Yep! You can buy $10m a week - any time prior to the games. So if W1, W2, and W3 are all played in one IRL week you can choose to wait until W2 to buy stocks, or you can buy stocks after W1 and sell after W2, etc.

The one rule is that in any given IRL week you can only put $10m into the market. So in the above example if you bought $6m in stock before W1 you could only buy $4m in stock before W2. You'd have to wait for a new IRL week to put more in.
