The following errors have been found:

ERROR: The TPE avaliable needs updating to 4 from 2

I make it 248 spent - so TPE left to bring upto the DSFL cap of 250

Error came on the 10-18-21 update - only 209 TPE applied / claim 211

@Minnesotafine I'm not able to increase your Pass Blocking to 73 because that would put you at 253 TPE spent, which would be over the DSFL cap. Instead I've added it to your bank. As it stands now, you're current build has 248 TPE spent, meaning of the 9 you have banked you can spend 2.
