It’s incredibly disappointing that someone who has contributed so much to this community no longer feels welcome by said community. I admire the hell out of you for sticking it out until replacements are found, but I hope you know you are irreplaceable. Thank you for always being so kind and helpful to me when I was first starting out, and to so many generations of rookies after. While I didn’t really meet you until recently in my ISFL journey I am so sad to see you go. You have done everything in your power to make not only this league a better place but myself personally as a user be better. I hope this brings some things up for discussion about some of the problems this league faces because there is no good reason for one of the best people in this league to not feel welcomed or accepted. @SchwarzNarr I do not like this at all!!!! You were one of the first people that greeted me in the Discord and are what convinced me to create here. You helped to guide me along as a rookie leading up to my draft and through my rookie season. Easily one of the best Rookie Mentors at the time. When I accepted the GM position you reached out to me to make sure i had all the Gm guides and documents and that i was added to all the chats. I know we dont talk much at this point but you have consistently made my time in this league enjoyable. Im saddened to hear that your time here has boiled down to these things. This League is a better place because you were a part of it and i have no issues defending that statement. Thank You for everything youve done, I hope to see you back around here one day and if not ill be looking forward to meeting you in other leagues. Well Done Moose!! and once again Thank You

This is tough to read. I haven't gotten to speak to you too much, but you have such an amazing presence both here and in the shl.
I really hope this violent and misogynistic language is being addressed by the league.

I haven't had much interactions recently with you Schwarz but you were definitely a big influence in the Rookie chat and during prospect time and drafts. I'm seriously sad to see you go and you should know how good of a thing you were doing with everyone who wanted to come to Colorado and be a part of what you are/were/have been doing there.

I haven't been in the rookie server since S26. Back then, you were always around to answer questions for rookies and hype up their performances in the Prospect Bowl. Based on the responses in this thread, you are still doing the same thing six seasons later and have had a big impact on users who are new to the league. Your absence will certainly be felt, and I'm sorry that your time in the league is ending this way. Thank you for helping to make the league a more positive experience.

You were there. On every step of the way. God forbid if it weren't you and the folks at Norfolk back in S24 would I forever love the league and the team I will always link myself towards. You've been there on the highest highs, and you've been there on my lowest lows. You've taken the time and effort to make sure I was okay - and I'll forever be indebted to you.

I've seen your struggles - your disdain - and needless to say, I've seen the wear it affected towards you. I hope you enjoy your next step, Schwarrz. I'm sad that you had to endure up until this point. Your memories tainted - and it was because of some rotten folks within the league. Thank you.
