Bex Punishment and NOLA Tampering Accusations

I can see my opinion being the unpopular opinion in this but:

DD did something dumb af. We're all fairly competitive and venting about bullshit damn near comes with everyone even privately. There is a reason in fiction characters that have the ability to read minds usually have that power as a curse.

Tampering aint cool and Bex should be punished strictly for that but I personally think she has been very good at her HO position and should keep her on if she still wants to do so.

We could just punish her with a big fine or ban her from NOLA war room instead of the league
or do something else rather than forcing another commish out of the door.

Holy smokes this isn’t Watergate. I don’t think we need to be combing through months of personal messages to find evidence of a tampering charge, based on one screenshot where Tom says “we’re guilty of tampering” if you ignore any actual context.

Let me clarify. Tom Hanks and Bex should willingly give access to Ho of DMs made around the time of Tom saying "we're guilty of tampering" and the deleted messages.

If you think zero evidence was found you might want to google the definition of evidence.

First of all, TH has already given us the deleted messages and bex has confirmed said messages were what she deleted. Second of all, the notion that Bex and TH should give HO reign among their personal messages when everything that was said was in a chat that HO has been through with a fine-tooth comb is outrageous. That's like asking them, after the fact, to allow an invasion of their privacy to determine something that HO has already made a final decision on.

It is HO's opinion that zero evidence was found and HO has made a final decision based on that. I support HO in their decisions even if I do not always agree with them. In this case I do happen to agree with their decision and punishment. Therefore I accept HO's word that zero evidence of the accusation made by DD was found.

Tom Hanks has said the "guilty of Tampering" comment comes from a PM with Dylan Deluxe.

Bex has bragged in the past about how often she DMs Tom Hanks.

I trust that as part of the investigation HO has already or will begin to look at all private messages made between Bex, Tom Hanks, and Dylan Deluxe.
