NCT Announcement: SEC hires co-GM

Now that the NCT is ramping up, the SEC is excited to announce that @AzhekAhriman has been hired as the co-Athletic Director for the division. We're excited for the strategic insights Ahriman can bring to the role. Let's do this thing.
