4/5 - 1m - I wouldn't normally give this a 4. I think there are some issues with it that would place it in the 3.5 range; that said, I think you accomplished what you set out to do, and I have to reward that. I think your cut is not the cleanest, and the right side of this sig (particularly the background) holds it back. A tad too much dead space where the yellow stops. On the left side, everything works well, though I would have tried to center the bottom half text a tad more.
