1. What would you like the new recruits to know to make your life as Cool Aunt easier? Any mistakes you have noticed most of them making that you would like to correct currently?

2. Would you say that the archetypes as they are now are relatively balanced, or do you think that more work needs to be done in that regard? Any specific insights into defensive tackles would be especially appreciated as I am analyzing whether an archetype switch would benefit my client given the trade off of maximum strength for maximum speed.
